(Which kind of is a game saver in some aspects, to be honest.)
So they figured out a way to mod the unmoddable game. But if anything, fandom is creative and doesn’t like to be told no.
There are really a lot of mods out there by now, which says something, considering that modding Dragon Age Inquisition was supposed to be impossible due to the Frostbite engine. This list is not exhaustive by far and probably not even all (but most) of the mods we use in our games are included. (Wait, you don’t remember what happened in our last DAO and DA2 runthroughs? Fear not, dear reader, but consult our Dragon Age Masterpost! Everything you need is right there.)īut it would not be us if we were not modding the game – so settle down for a neat little list of mods. Yes, we’re finally doing it – we’re starting our Dragon Age Inquisition runthrough! December 2016 4 comments Article Dragon Age, Dragon Age Inquisition, Gaming, Mods, Tipps and Tricks Anna If this solution helps you to understand the proper requirements for this achievement leave a comment or a thumbs up.6. Then, on the other side, a similar order: Judicael 1, Judicael 2 and Florian. In the end, you don't need to find all secrets nor coins nor hallas to succeed at this achievement.īONUS (nothing to do with the achievement, only extra loot in this mission): If you found the secret room in the library with the Veilfire and wanna know what is proper order to lit the busts, starting from the door that leads outside: Etienne 1, Reville and Etienne 2. I left that and other 2 doors which required 4 stattuetes each remained unopened. The one for the empress room, for instance, take a whole 5 of them and won't help much if you're incline to side with Celene. I did a lot of sweeps through all the areas, but could only find 11 out the 15 coins, 29 out of the 30 scandalous secrets and 11 or 12 halla statuettes (even though only 10 are marked in a quest), and there are more doors to be open than statuettes, so you have to choose which ones you will try to open. You can explore the rest of this area, but the only way out now is directly to the ballroom, which will be the 3rd moment before mentioned. That is the point of no return for this mission in terms of exploring the other areas.Īfter you cross that door, the cutscene plays and then you close a rift. You can explore all of that area, but if you still need/want to go back to the main area, then DO NOT enter the room where the Duchess will ambush you. After that you can go investigate the Royal Wing. The second moment you're supposed to go to the ballroom you will have a dance with Grand Duchess Florianne. Also, don't forget to go into the Trophy Room (near the door that leads to Servan'ts Quarters) by tricking the guards into going talk to Cullen.
They should now have more eavesdropping spots, scandalous secret documents (which you turn in to Leliana) and caprice coins (which you throw into a specific fountain for +1 approval) to be found. When you come back from there (after having fought Harlequin and had a chat scene with the elf embassador Briala), don't forget to explore all of the same areas you had previously explored. After that you can explore and investigate the Servant's Quarters with the key that she gives you. The first moment you're supposed to go to the ballroom you will have a custscene with Morrigan. You can enter the ballroom normally at any time you wish before this 3rd major moment. In fact, the third time you enter the ballroom after completing specific area investigations the mission will come to its end.
Now, there are 3 major moments/cutscenes that mark your progress through this mission and they happen when it's time for you to go back into the ballroom. In any case, if you save before talking to someone each time it will be easier to undo any possible mistakes you make on choosing dialogue. With some characters that are straightforward, such as Morrigan and Briala, it doesn't really matter if you are straightforward. To begin and be safe, when talking to other party guests pick the middle dialogue option most of the time. Then, at the very end of the mission you just have to pick the dialogue option ("I'll talk with Florianne") that avoid further bloodshed. You have plenty of opportunities to keep the court approval at 100 or very close to it.
I got overly concerned after seeing the other solutions, so after I got the achievement I decided to write my own to assure and clarify some points. CONTAIN SPOILERS ABOUT CHARACTERS AND STORY
